The ministries of the EPC are designed with under the framework of "Leaders Serving Leaders."

Christian Education & Communications resources EPC children's and adult ministries leaders through networking, reviewing, and recommending materials, and also occassionally publishes materials of interest.

College Ministries equips churches for effective campus ministry, links EPC campus ministers, stimulates church planting in college towns, and seeks to transform the world through missions.

Ministerial Vocation resources presbyteries, churches, and pastors in the preparation, calling, development, and care of ministers.

Church Planting & Revitalization labors with God to build a movement of growing and multiplying churches.

Student Ministries serves students by loving those who are on the front lines with them--Student Ministry workers.

Women In Ministry serves local churches by developing women as servant leaders for the equipping of God's church and the enlarging of His Kingdom. By resourcing leaders, providing opportunities for leadership training, and encouraging leaders in their place of ministry, women are mobilized to fully participate in God's work in our churches, communities, and the world.

World Outreach is the missions arm of the EPC and seeks to glorify God through full-cycle church planting among the least-reached peoples around the globe, with a primary focus on the Muslim world.

Z–4:10 Network serves small churches and their leaders by affirming them in their missional purpose and practice.
